Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NeoEvo website, app, and digital books. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything is unclear, write to us before agreeing.

1. Who we are

The operator of NeoEvo is:

Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Valmart. "You" refers to you, the user.

2. What we provide

NeoEvo is a productivity method delivered as three connected products:

  • NeoEvo PWA — a progressive web app, available as a free tier and a paid Pro tier.
  • Digital books — the nine-book series by Valentin Rindunica, sold as PDF and EPUB.
  • The Bundle — all nine books delivered together as a single package.

We may add new products or modes (Class, Team, Family) over time. New paid features will not silently change the price of features you already pay for.

3. Your account

To use Pro features or sync your data across devices, you create an account with an email address and a password.

  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may require you to verify your email address before activating certain features.

4. Acceptable use

When using NeoEvo, you agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the books, the app, or any of our content.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or copy our content.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload abusive, illegal, or harassing content into the app or in communications with us.
  • Reverse-engineer the app to build a competing product.

Personal use, including quoting short passages with attribution and sharing your own progress with friends, is welcome and encouraged.

5. Subscription terms

Pro is offered in two forms:

  • Monthly subscription — €5/month, automatically renewing every month until you cancel.
  • Lifetime access — €49 one-time payment, no renewal.

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial months.

Lifetime access is exactly that — permanent access for the lifetime of the product. If we ever discontinue NeoEvo entirely, lifetime users will be notified at least 90 days in advance and given an export of their data.

6. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in EUR and include Italian IVA (VAT) where applicable.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • Currency conversion, foreign-transaction fees, and any local taxes beyond Italian IVA are determined by your bank or card issuer.
  • We may adjust prices for new customers at any time. For existing subscribers, any price increase is announced at least 30 days in advance.

7. Digital content delivery

For digital books and lifetime access, delivery is instant upon payment confirmation. You receive the files (or unlock the app feature) immediately.

Digital files are licensed for your personal use. The license is non-transferable: you cannot resell, lend or assign your copy to another person. You may keep the files indefinitely on your own devices.

8. Intellectual property

All books, app code, brand assets and original content are the property of Valmart and the author. The license we grant you is a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to use the products for your own purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you create inside the app (your projects, notes, photos). We do not claim any rights to your content. We only process it to operate the service.

9. Refunds

We honor the EU consumer right of withdrawal. The full refund policy is at /refunds. The short version: you have 14 days to request a refund on any digital purchase, no questions asked, with one important exception involving instant-access waivers — read the page for details.

10. Liability

We provide NeoEvo "as is" and do our honest best to keep it working. Beyond the rights guaranteed to you by EU and Italian consumer law, we make no specific guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

We do not promise specific outcomes from using the books or the app. The work of changing your life is yours; we provide the tools. You must take action yourself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or harm to consumers protected by mandatory consumer law).

11. Termination

You can terminate your relationship with us at any time by deleting your account from settings or by writing to hello@neoevo.app.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially violate these terms. We will give you reasonable notice and a chance to fix the issue, except in cases of severe violation (illegal use, security threats, payment fraud) where immediate termination may be necessary.

Upon termination, your data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

For non-consumer disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction is the courts of Padova, Italy.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in this clause overrides your statutory consumer rights.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we notify you by email and on the website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription and request deletion of your account.

Minor clarifications and typo fixes are published here without notice.
