Refunds

We try to make refunds as straightforward as the purchase was. No fine print games, no scripts, no friction. If something did not work for you, write to us and we sort it out.

The 14-day rule

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from any digital purchase within 14 days of buying it, no reason required. This applies to:

• Pro subscription (monthly or lifetime)
• Individual digital books
• The full Bundle

You do not need to justify the request. You do not need to prove anything. You just write to us within 14 days.

The instant-access waiver — read this carefully

EU law says that for digital content (like a book file or app feature) delivered immediately, you can be asked to waive your 14-day withdrawal right in exchange for getting access right away. This is called an "express consent" waiver.

We will always show this option clearly at checkout. If you tick the box ("I want immediate access and I understand this waives my withdrawal right"), then your refund right ends the moment you receive the file or unlock the feature.

If you prefer to keep your full 14-day right, do not tick the box at checkout — you will get access on day 15 instead. The choice is yours, not ours.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel the Pro monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

• Charges stop at the end of the current billing period.
• You keep Pro access until that period ends.
• We do not refund the partial month already paid, unless your country's consumer law requires it (in which case we follow the law).

For the lifetime plan, the standard 14-day rule applies as described above.

How to request a refund

Send a single email to refunds@neoevo.app with:

• The email address used for the purchase
• The order date or order number (if you have it)
• A short note — one sentence is enough

We respond within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued within 14 days, back to the original payment method.

That is the whole process. No survey, no retention call, no scripts.

Bundle refunds

The Bundle is sold as a single package. If you request a refund within 14 days, the entire Bundle is refunded as a whole. Individual books inside the Bundle cannot be returned separately, since they were delivered as one purchase.

Why we offer this

What we do not refund

To be straightforward about the few cases where a refund will not be issued:

• Requests received more than 14 days after purchase (outside the EU consumer window).
• Accounts terminated by us for serious Terms of Service violations (resale, abuse, fraud).
• Purchases where you explicitly waived your withdrawal right at checkout for instant access.

If your case feels like an edge case, write anyway. Edge cases get human attention, not script answers.
